1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every purchase you make from strenqthlab ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

2. What we sell

We sell digital guides in PDF format about training, eating and recovery for people who want to gain weight and muscle. No physical product is shipped. The title, description and price of each guide are shown on its product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and include any taxes that apply unless we say otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We may change prices or run offers at any time, but the price you see when you pay is the price you are charged.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment the guide is emailed to the address you enter at checkout. Please check that the address is correct. See our Delivery policy for details.

5. Your licence

When you buy a guide you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use. You may keep a copy on your own devices and print it for yourself.

You may not copy, resell, share, post, upload, forward or otherwise distribute the guide or any part of it, in any form, including in groups, channels, cloud links or file sharing sites.

6. Sale ID and tracking

Every copy we deliver is unique to the buyer. Your sale ID and email address are printed on every page of the PDF, including a visible mark across the page. This lets us trace the source of any copy that appears online.

If a guide is leaked, shared or distributed without our permission, we will identify the buyer from the sale ID and may take legal action, including claims for damages under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws. We may also cancel the licence and refuse future sales to that person. Removing or editing the sale ID does not remove your responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

All guides, text, images, logos, videos and the strenqthlab name belong to us. Buying a guide does not transfer any ownership to you.

8. Health and fitness disclaimer

Our guides and social media content are for general information only. They are not medical advice and are not a replacement for a doctor, dietitian or qualified coach. Exercise and changes in eating carry some risk. Talk to a doctor before you start, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or you are under 18. You follow our content at your own risk and are responsible for training safely.

Results differ from person to person. We do not promise any specific amount of weight or muscle gain.

9. Refunds

Because digital guides cannot be returned, our Refund policy explains when a refund is possible.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: do not try to break it, access admin areas, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access if you do.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any injury or health problem that results from following a guide. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that guide.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in India.
