1. What we collect
- When you buy: your email address, the guide you bought, the price you paid, the date, and a sale ID. Payment details such as card, UPI or bank information are handled by Razorpay and are never stored by us.
- When you contact us: your name (if you give it), email address and the message you write on the Request a guide page.
- Technical data: basic server logs such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the site working and secure.
2. How we use it
- To process your order and email your guide.
- To reply to your messages and give support.
- To trace the source of a guide if it is leaked or shared, using the sale ID printed on your copy.
- To keep records we need for accounting and legal reasons.
We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
3. Who we share it with
- Razorpay processes payments under its own privacy policy.
- Brevo is used to email your guide to your inbox.
- Supabase stores our order records and messages.
- Authorities, if the law requires us to share information, or to protect our rights if a guide is leaked.
4. The sale ID on your PDF
Your copy of every guide has your sale ID and email address printed on each page. This is part of the licence you accept at purchase, and it is why you should not share the file.
5. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single sign-in cookie is used only on the private admin area.
6. How long we keep data
We keep order records for as long as we need them for support, accounting and legal reasons. Messages are kept until we have dealt with them and for a reasonable time after.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, except where we must keep it by law or to protect our rights. Email strenqthlab@gmail.com.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
9. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before buying.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
