Delivery policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

How delivery works

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped. Right after your payment is confirmed, your guide is emailed to the address you entered at checkout as a PDF attachment.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within a few minutes. If you have not received it after 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first.

Your sale ID

After purchase you will see your sale ID on screen, and it is printed on every page of your PDF.

If it does not arrive

Send us a message through the contact form or at strenqthlab@gmail.com with the email you used. We will resend the guide.

Email size

Some email providers block large attachments. If your guide is large and does not arrive, tell us and we will find another way to get it to you.
