Refund policy

Digital products

Our guides are digital PDFs that are delivered to you straight after payment. Because they cannot be returned, all sales are final once the guide has been delivered and opened successfully.

When we will refund you

• You were charged but did not receive your guide, and we cannot deliver it.
• The file is damaged or will not open, and we cannot send you a working copy.
• You were charged more than once for the same guide.

When we will not

• You changed your mind after receiving the guide.
• You expected different results from following the guide. Results vary from person to person.
• You typed the wrong email address. (We will happily resend the guide to the correct address, though.)
• The guide was shared or leaked.

How to ask

Send us a message within 7 days of your purchase, using the contact form or strenqthlab@gmail.com. Include your sale ID and the email you used to buy.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. This usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show in your account, depending on your bank.
